Grape Smoothies anyone?

Bean had a request for me in regards to our smoothies, this week. She asked that I get the grapes WITH the seeds in them. Okay...so I got the grapes, and I made a smoothie and the result...grapealicious! I am not normally a fan of "Grape" flavored foods, but this just took me back to my childhood flavors of grape popsicles by the pool. It was very refreshing and plenty sweet. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 cups grapes (with seeds)
juice from 1/2 lemon
1 medium-large orange, peeled
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon of stevia (to taste)
3/4 cup cranberry grape juice
1/4 cup coconut water
3/4 cup ice

Layer the ingredients as listed (with exception of the stevia, which can be added to taste toward the end). In a Vita Mix, turn machine on low, quickly raise to variable 10, then switch to high speed. Let run for 45-60 seconds. Serves 3-4
If you are using a lower powered blender, you may need to add more coconut water in order for your machine to blend the ingredients. If so, add more coconut water and stevia, as needed.

Thank you so much! The recipe is fresh and fun as well as easy to make. This is by far my favorite smoothie.
